I understand that Piercing Parties require a minimum of 4 people getting pierced.

I understand that a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve our party and will be applied toward our group's piercing total.

I understand that Wild Hearts' regular age and ID requirements apply to everyone being pierced.

I understand that all piercings are subject to an anatomy assessment and a requested piercing may not be possible for everyone.

I understand that final pricing will depend on the piercings and jewelry selected by each guest.

I understand that submitting this form does not reserve our date until our party has been confirmed by Wild Hearts.
